I just invented a Wii-like controller that would eliminate the need for both the classic controller and the Nunchuck add-ons, yet would also allow for free range motion and pointer capabilities... in both hands if need be. It is also very, very simple, small, ergonomic, and un-intimidating in appearance--yet it would accommodate the needs of both the "casual" and "hardcore" gamer crowds. I also believe that it would not be significantly more expensive to produce than the current Wii Remote.

What should I do? Should I patent this? Should I tell someone? I made a clay model of it and I've fallen in love with it. I REALLY want to see it made so I can actually use it to play games. I've thought about many different button layouts and control schemes over the years that would be both easy to pick up and play and also flexible enough for developers to create a variety of games on, because I've never quite been happy with any of the controllers out there. I think I got it.


P.S. I'm all caught up in Lost! Now I have to wait like everyone else >_<
